When you contact Prisma Panels by email or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, requested artwork, reference images, and order questions.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical records needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security signals.

For visitors who appear to be in the United States, Prisma Panels may enable Google Analytics by default with a non-blocking notice and an easy opt-out. For visitors outside the United States, or when location cannot be determined in production, Google Analytics stays off until “Accept analytics” is selected.

When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, catalog searches, filter use, artwork interactions, and links used to contact us. We send page paths without search-query text to reduce the chance that user-entered information reaches analytics.

Analytics may process device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral information, and identifiers stored in Google Analytics cookies. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization, remarketing, or Google Ads storage through this site.

The site stores essential local preferences for your light or dark theme and your analytics choice. These preferences do not track activity across other websites.

After analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visits. Google generally configures these cookies to last for up to two years, although browser settings, consent withdrawal, and Google configuration can shorten that period.

Prisma Panels does not sell personal information. We do not use information collected through this site for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We disclose information to service providers only for the purposes described here, or when required to protect rights or comply with law.

To opt out of analytics or withdraw analytics consent, open Cookie settings and select “Reject non-essential.” The site will remove accessible Google Analytics cookies and reload without the Analytics script. You can also clear site data through your browser.
